Dibek coffee is a traditional Turkish specialty where the coffee beans are slowly pounded in a mortar ("dibek"). This gives the coffee a particularly fine, even grind and an intense aroma. Serve it black, with sugar to taste, or enhance it with cardamom for an oriental experience.
Preparation:
Add 1-2 teaspoons to a small coffee cup.
Pour on hot water
Let it steep briefly, stir lightly and enjoy.
