Marmarabirlik Kuru Sele are black olives produced using the traditional dry-salting method ( Kuru Sele ). They are labeled as Salamura Kurutulmus (dried in brine), which results in a more intense, spicy flavor and a wrinkled, meatier texture. This particular product is available in the smaller fruit size S (Small) and is free of preservatives.
